My Portuguese family on my dad's side always serves linguica sausage stuffing with their bird. I have made it in the past but have opted for other dressings because I live in Wisconsin and can't get linguica. Well, this year I have it and I didn't want to call my grandmother and say I didn't have the recipe! So your recipe was very helpful.
