For this week’s Tightwad Tuesday we bring you: Happy Hour at Paul Martin’s American Bistro. This upscale Roseville restaurant is offering small plates and specialty beverages for just $4 each between 3pm and 6pm, Monday through Friday. Small plate offerings include Smoked Chicken with Chili Aioli, Slow-Cooked St. Louis Pork Ribs, Smoked Salmon Lettuce Cups and Maple Cider Grilled Chicken Skewers.
