A New Restaurant on Capitol Mall

Word on the street (and by street, I of course mean Capitol Mall) is that a new restaurant is finally poised to move in to the old 55 Degrees space at 555 Capitol Mall. Walking by today I snapped a couple photos of the new bright orange logo displayed in the window that reads, “House Kitchen & Bar.” One can only speculate the various delights that could fit into the title of “Kitchen & Bar,” so I suppose we’ll have to wait and see.
We’ll see if we can dish up some more details, but we’re definitely excited about a new restaurant moving into the area. Fingers crossed that they’ll have some great lunch specials and happy hour deals!

So exciting! I hope the food is good and reasonably priced. We need more lunch options at the end of this street!

House opens January 5th!!!! It will be reasonably priced fine comfort foods. An extended happy hour is also in the works! Come visit when we open!!!
