Wordless Wednesday: Pearl on the River, Sacramento

This Polenta Tort from Pearl on the River was to-die-for.
(Grilled portabella mushroom served between roasted polenta rounds with Ricotta cheese and sun-dried tomato pesto and served atop a bed of arugula.)
