    Nothing better on these white cold January days than cooking up a pot of Ciapino full of crab, rock cod, and of course mussels. Paring this amazing sea food dish with a Lava Cap Zinfendel brings a warmth through the entire body.

    I have so many favorites so it is hard to choose but I find myself always going back to grilled tri tip or new york strip steak and pinot noir.
