Easy, Healthy Dinner

Looking for something delicious, healthy AND easy to prepare? Try these chicken kabobs, courtesy of Delicious Pairings catering. Simply marinate chunks of chicken breast and veggies (bell pepper, onion and zucchini) for an hour in a mixture of olive oil, mustard, lemon juice, honey, garlic, black pepper and season salt. Then, slide the chicken and veggies onto skewers and barbeque them. Enjoy!
