I feed these birds antibiotic free and ruminant byproduct free feeds and they forage a lot out here in esparto. They have been hand fed grapes, figs, apples and pears so far this year. I have 4 breeds - spanish black, narragansett, bourbon red and midget white. (12-15 lbs each at 6$/lb.) Any foodies interested in free range heritage turkeys for

However we were wondering if there was any test kitchen facilities here in Sacramento, where live cooking demonstraitions could be held in front of an audience.
