Me & a group of friends have been hosting a monthly dinner party we call "Dinner round the world". Every month our dinner party is centered around the cuisine, music, & culture of a different country. We choose the country based on the alphabet. Our 1st party was A (Africa), the 2nd B (Brazil), the 3rd C (Cuba), etc...... However we were wondering if there was any test kitchen facilities here in Sacramento, where live cooking demonstraitions could be held in front of an audience.
