- My favorite meal is hot dogs and baked beans. I also love sliced hot dogs mixed into baked beans (what I like to call beans and weenies). So first things first, now you know how classy I am.
- I’m originally from the Bay Area. I’ve lived in Santa Clara, San Jose, Campbell, Willow Glen, Milpitas, Los Gatos, Redwood City and San Francisco. I’ve lived in Sacramento for a little over a year and a half now—and I’ve managed to only move once in that time frame!
- I take my coffee with butter and MCT oil. See my SacFoodies post about Bulletproof Coffee and you’ll understand why.
- My dad and I share joint custody of my dog, Zoey. It sounds strange, and it probably is! It’s hard not to love my bossy, spoiled little American Eskimo/Pomeranian mix. We each take her for a few weeks at a time.
- I have a bachelor of science in agricultural business marketing. Part of my education included planting veggies and fruits, harvesting chickens (I actually hid in the bathroom for this part) and catching bugs. Go Mustangs!
- Snapchat is my latest obsession. I don’t know what took me so long to get on board. I will never get tired of sending and receiving photos of double and triple chins. Now you also know how mature I am.
- Cooking is not my forte, eating out is. Sure, I like to cook a meal here and there, but trying new restaurants is truly my thing. The “I’m new to Midtown” excuse will never expire, right?
- I was a caretaker for a year. The day after graduating from Cal Poly SLO, I moved in with my grandpa (who was diagnosed with sarcoma) to be his full-time caretaker. I’m proud to say that I temporarily got over my fear of blood and needles. Also proud that my “Papa” is very healthy now!
- Potatoes, grapes, pistachios and wine are always on my mind. I’m lucky enough to have a client mix ranging from fruits and vegetables to nuts and booze. All that’s missing is beef jerky. Call me.
- I have two brothers under the age of seven. There is Connor (7) and Dylan (4). They are the most loving, hilarious and intelligent little dudes and I can’t imagine life without them!
