Favorite Food: Holy guacamole where do I start? I'm part Italian, so any kind of pasta, but make it homemade. I LOVE pizza, it's acceptable anytime, anywhere, I'm a huge sucker for Taco Bell. But above all else, I'd have to say beef stroganoff. It's a wonderful comfort food that surpasses all others in my opinion. My mom's recipe is my absolute favorite. During my freshman year of college, whenever I went home, I begged my mom to make me a week's worth of beef stroganoff that I could take back to keep in my mini fridge.

Best Food Memory: At the beginning of the COVID-19 quarantine, my husband and I decided to try making homemade pasta. I've always made my own pasta sauce - I'm Italian, it's a must in my family - but I had never tackled my own pasta. We bought a pasta maker, watched countless YouTube videos, and spent the day making fettuccine alfredo. There was definitely some trial and error (lots of error), but a few hours later, we had the best pasta we'd ever tasted. We definitely ate too much, but it was so worth it and I'll do it a million times again.

Favorite Family Recipe: There's something special my mom only makes during Christmas time. We'd have it for lunch on Christmas day, and if our family begs enough, she'll make it for family parties. Sausage bread. Imagine flakey, buttery dough stuffed with Italian sausage, ham, pastrami, chopped olives, and cheese, dipped in warm marina or alfredo sauce. It's quite wonderful and I look forward to it every single year!
