Green Chili Artichoke Dip
3 cans artichoke hearts
1 cup mayonnaise
1 cup Parmesan cheese
8 oz can of green chilies
1 bag of salted tortilla chips
Drain and chop the artichoke hearts. In a mixing bowl combine hearts with mayonnaise and parmesan cheese. Drain and chop chilies and mix into the other ingredients. Divide mixture into two oven-safe bowls, sprinkle with additional parmesan if desired and cover with aluminum foil. Bake at 350 for 30 minutes. Uncover and continue baking for an additional 5-10 minutes, until top starts to brown. Serve warm with tortilla chips.
