Roasted Pumpkin Seeds
While my roommates and I were watching scary movies and carving pumpkins this weekend I came up with the idea to make roasted pumpkins seeds. I had never done it before, but I had heard so many delicious and nutritious things about pumpkin seeds that I thought I would take a stab at it. Luckily for me, my roommate is an incredible cook, so she knew just the right ingredients to make these tasty seeds.
Step One: Remove all the seeds from a pumpkin and let the seeds soak in water for 35-40 minutes.
Step Two: Rinse seeds in a strainer to remove any remaining pumpkin.
Step Three: Place all the seeds onto a large cookies sheet. Drizzle over seeds the following:
• Olive oil
• Worcestershire sauce
• Soy sauce
• Black pepper
• Season-All
Step Four: Place in a pre heated oven at 425˚ degrees for 35-40 minutes.
Step Five: Let seeds cool and enjoy!
How easy was that? Not only do these seeds taste amazing, they will fill your house will a wonderful and festive smell. So this Halloween when you finish carving your pumpkin, rather than throwing away your seeds, try roasting them! You won’t be disappointed.

This looks like a great way to reduce the waste from carving pumpkins!! I cant wait to try the recipe at home! Thanks so much Edie Capmbell-Urban!!!
Another great way to make them is to sprinkle cinnamon and sugar on them instead of the Olive oil, Worcestershire sauce, Soy sauce, Black pepper, and Season-All.
It’s a sweeter version and equally delicious
I am going try this today!
