Congratulations to Mai and Tammy for each winning two tickets to Serotonin Surge Charities’ Spring Break 2011 dinner! Thanks to everyone who participated in our SacFoodies ticket giveaway! There were lots of great entries on both our blog and Facebook page—we even had to use a random number generator to help us select the winners!
On April 1st, Serotonin Surge Charities is holding its 7th Annual Food and Wine Fundraiser for safety net medical clinics (clinics and organizations serve the medically uninsured) in the greater Sacramento region at the Arden Hills Resort Club & Spa from 6:30-9:30 p.m.
Spring Break 2011 is organized by an all-volunteer non-profit organization. The event will give attendees the chance to learn more about safety net medical care, enjoy fine wines and sweet and savory foods, and honor Dr. Claire Pomeroy, Vice Chancellor and Dean, UC Davis School of Medicine. SacFoodies gave away two pairs of tickets for free to two lucky SacFoodies readers, but tickets are still available for purchase ($100 per person). If you’re interested in attending this event, fill out a registration form online to purchase tickets.
